Robert

Robert qualified as a Primary School teacher in 1993, firstly working in a large, and then in a small primary school for a total of 23 years. He has always loved teaching Key Stage 2 children.  Robert was a Maths coordinator for over a decade and has run numerous KS2 SATS intervention groups.

During a break in full time teaching, he began tutoring students privately in the Selby area. Robert was soon able to improve children’s confidence and skills by offering them private tutoring in both Primary and GCSE Maths. He received excellent feedback and very quickly found there was a high demand for his services.

He returned to the classroom recently to teach in a SEMH school, working with small groups of ASD children. He is currently working part time on the National Tuition Programme and is now enthusiastic about working alongside the Leap in2 Learning team.
